Jobgether is seeking a PC Associate for a part-time, fully remote role based in the United States. You will support project controls and finance activities, review documentation, and ensure accurate billing processes.

Collaboration with project teams and controllers is essential to maintain timely, compliant invoicing. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within a remote team.

Formación

• Requires an associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, PM, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing financial records and docs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for structured records.

Responsabilidades

• Review project documentation and cost records for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify project costs are supported by documentation before invoices.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Organize and update project files and financial records in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain Excel tracking spreadsheets to support reporting.
• Provide admin support to Project Controller and finance/documentation tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines for administrative activities.
• Assist with additional project control and documentation tasks as required.
