Qualifications

• Hands-on QuickBooks experience required (Online or Desktop).
• Strong Excel skills for organizing financial data and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; review balance sheet accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Track expenses across program, administrative, and fundraising categories.
• Assist with payroll processing, verifications, and reconciliations.
• Communicate professionally with clients and monitor deadlines.
