Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a detail-oriented part-time Procurement Auditor to support supplier data audits. You will review supplier profiles, update payment terms, and verify contract terms against documents.

The role requires independence, strong data skills, and professional communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers. On-site in Boston or remote, ~20 hours weekly for 8–10 weeks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounts payable or procurement.
• Attention to detail with contract language and terms.
• Strong ability to work with large datasets in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Jaggaer and/or Workday Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit supplier profiles in Jaggaer and Workday for completeness and accuracy.
• Review and update payment terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 60) in records.
• Verify contracts match terms and pricing in systems.
• Identify expired, missing, or renewal-needed contracts and flag discrepancies.
• Contact suppliers to obtain corrected or missing information and update records.
• Ensure updates are reflected across Jaggaer and Workday Finance.
• Assess supplier profiles for virtual card program eligibility.
• Document audit results and follow-up items in a tracker.
• Communicate findings to Accounts Payable/Procurement weekly.
• Escalate unusual account changes or potential fraud to management.
