Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Part-time Principal AI Engineer (Agentic AI) / Tech Lead to work with premier clients. You will join a team that either augments client squads or builds FullStack products, delivering production-grade AI applications and complex LLM architectures.

You should have 8+ years of software engineering experience, a strong architecture background, and a proven track record of end-to-end delivery. Remote work is available with flexible scheduling for US Pacific overlap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Expertise in designing and shipping production-grade agentic AI applications and complex LLM architectures.
• Experience integrating LLM provider APIs and autonomous agent frameworks into software products.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery and liaise with clients/stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through end-to-end technical delivery.
• Define architecture and translate client requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Own CI/CD deployment pipelines and AI workflow reliability.
• Collaborate with clients and teammates to deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute to libraries and tooling as needed.
