Job summary
FullStack Labs, Inc. is hiring a Part-time Principal AI Engineer (Agentic AI) / Tech Lead to work remotely in the USA. You will guide client projects, contribute to architecture, and drive end-to-end delivery for advanced AI products.
Strong leadership, English fluency, and a four-year degree are required, with 8+ years in software engineering and experience with agentic AI systems. You will augment client teams or contribute on a FullStack product team, shaping roadmaps, APIs, and AI workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership.
- Advanced English is required and experience with client interaction.
- Four-year college degree required and proven architectural delivery.
- Experience designing production-grade agentic AI apps and LLM architectures.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, autonomous agent frameworks, and tool-calling.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery and define architecture.
- Integrate into client teams and work with designers and engineers daily.
- Scope work with stakeholders and own delivery across roadmaps.
- Design and ship agentic AI applications in production.
- Maintain CI/CD, automated tests, and robust AI workflows.
