Ultipro is seeking a program coordinator to facilitate underage drinking prevention and drunk driving programs in the San Antonio area. The role includes training, outreach, and grant administration, with a focus on meeting revenue and program objectives.

The position is remote but requires residence in the San Antonio, TX area, and offers a $50,000 annual salary along with comprehensive benefits and volunteer coordination responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in community awareness, education, partnership and youth programs.
• Willingness to travel; flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Develop and design events to meet grant objectives and outreach.
• Ensure grant proposals include program directives.
• Manage implementation and logistics of prevention programs at state/local level.
• Organize orientation meetings, facilitator training, and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers as needed.
• Provide training, guidance and support to volunteers and staff.
• Track and report program results and financials; identify resource gaps.
