Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Program and Victim Services Specialist (Part Time) in Honolulu to provide trauma-informed support to victims of impaired driving crashes while helping with program operations. You will manage a caseload, conduct needs assessments, offer crisis intervention, and assist with outreach, events, and administrative duties in a hybrid, 20-hour-per-week role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in victim advocacy or related work preferred.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to determine support, resources, and referrals.
• Develop and implement individualized case management plans including crisis intervention.
• Maintain an active caseload with ongoing advocacy and timely referrals.
• Advocate for victims and educate on legal and civil processes.
• Maintain compliant case documentation and assist with office operations.
