MADD Hawaii seeks a program administrator to organize and implement core and supplemental prevention programs for targeted populations at state and local levels, manage administration, liaison with stakeholders, and report toward grant objectives.

This is a remote position, but you must reside on the Island of Hawai'i, HI. The role pays $25/hour for 20 hours/week, with travel required; you will train volunteers, coordinate events, and track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years' experience in community health, program delivery or grant administration.
• Willingness to travel and flexible hours.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and design events to achieve grant objectives and outreach.
• Manage implementation and logistics of prevention programs at state/local level.
• Organize orientation meetings, facilitator training and parent/student workshops.
• Recruit and train volunteers; provide coaching and on-site support.
• Track and report program results, and support data-driven improvements.
• Participate in national program evaluation measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
