Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Michigan to provide telemedicine assessments and treatment for adolescents and adults. The role emphasizes a patient-centered approach, prescribing medications when appropriate, and collaborating on individualized care plans.

Clinicians work remotely with a flexible schedule (7 days a week availability) and follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.

Qualifikationen

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state
Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required
Licensed PMHNPs must be licensed and living in the practicing state
Part-time requires 15-20 hours of availability per week

Aufgaben

Make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity
Willingness to treat 14 years old and up
Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed
Create and collaborate with clients on care plans
Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients
Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites
