NeuroNav is seeking a Part-time People Operations Manager to handle HR operations, payroll compliance, onboarding, and IT system oversight for a remote US team. You will partner with a part-time Recruiter and shape a welcoming employee experience while managing vendor relationships and HR tooling.

You'll drive culture, engagement, and retention initiatives, support compensation benchmarking, and contribute to scalable people programs as the team grows.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on HR or people operations experience.
• US and California employment compliance knowledge.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (Gusto or similar).
• Ability to work across roles, schedules, and time zones.
• Nice to have HR certification.
