Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Associate to own payroll for Prompt and all subsidiaries, handling multi-state registrations and data integrity. The role focuses on pure payroll processing and averages about 20 hours per week.

You will manage end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance, and provide accurate reporting using Rippling. This remote/hybrid position offers a competitive salary and potential equity for exceptional performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated, end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Deep, proven expertise in multi-state payroll and payroll tax compliance.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern payroll software (Rippling preferred).
• Experience as the sole or primary payroll owner for an organization and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing: Own and manage flawless payroll runs for Prompt and subsidiaries, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely distribution.
• Payroll Registrations & Compliance: Manage and maintain payroll tax registrations across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• System Administration: Serve as primary administrator for Rippling, maintain backend configuration and data integrity.
• Data Integrity & Auditing: Input, audit, and maintain payroll data across systems.
• Payroll Inquiry Management: Troubleshoot and resolve employee payroll inquiries.
• Reporting & Auditing: Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll reports for accounting reconciliation.
• Record Keeping: Maintain confidential payroll documents in compliance with retention laws.
