Qualifications

• Four to six years direct clinical experience, including four years post-master's.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities of assigned staff, including scheduling and reviews.
• Provides group and individual therapy, crisis intervention.
• Completes service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, case notes, court reports, letters.
• Conducts case reviews and treatment planning, including after-care plans.
• Consults with school officials, families, physicians, and other agencies.
• Attends staff meetings and treatment planning meetings.
• Writes correspondence for clients and families.
• Conducts case presentations with other agencies.
• Formulates clinical diagnoses for mental health and substance abuse.
• Develops clinical programs within division.
