Job summary

GLOM OUTPATIENT SERVICES INC in California seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide consultation, supervise clinicians, and ensure client needs are met. You will lead weekly meetings for case management discussions and support treatment planning and Medi-Cal compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising therapists and interns, delivering trainings, overseeing documentation accuracy, and generating regular reports on staff productivity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with an LCSW/LMFT license.
• 2–5+ years’ experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
• CPR/First Aid/BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• FBI and DOJ criminal background clearances.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly administrative and clinical supervision of therapists/registrants and interns.
• Facilitate group clinical supervision and provide daily supervision, training, and evaluation.
• Provide ongoing crisis consultations to clinicians and deliver staff trainings for professional development.
• Ensure staff follow protocols, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with program staff to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical services and ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor and approve clinicians’ documentation and releases of information.
