• Lead development of a sustainable ordering system between schools and local farms using feedback.
• Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, requirements, and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with grantors, foundations, and funding sources.
• Monitor progress and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure funded projects are completed with sustainability in mind.
• Document and track qualitative and quantitative measurements with involved organizations.
• Conduct regular reviews of grant-funded programs to assess effectiveness and impact.
• Oversee School Based Food Hub Social Media platforms.
• Solicit information from local farms and track expansion opportunities.
• Prepare reporting and evaluation requirements throughout the grant period.
• Outline internal procedures to create a Maine school food hub toolkit.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
