Evident Change seeks a director of human resources to lead employee programs and guide policies while providing payroll management guidance and oversight. This role will plan, implement, and promote HR strategy in line with organizational goals and priorities.

The position is three-quarter-time with a national remote arrangement, offering a stipend for the work-from-anywhere culture and comprehensive benefits, including no-premium medical coverage and generous vacation time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant human resources experience, inclusive of leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing inclusive employee programs.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational change management, including planning, implementing, and guiding change to support business objectives.
• Experience supervising and coaching employees and a demonstrated ability to select, develop, motivate, mentor, and retain high-performing staff.

Responsabilités

• Join the senior leadership team to shape strategic goals and drive decisions.
• Lead development and management of employee programs with Organizational Impact.
• Build relationships with leadership to align HR programs with business needs.
• Collaborate on personnel budgeting including hires and compensation requests.
• Design and implement a robust performance management process.
• Guide employees and leadership in interpreting HR policies.
