Job summary

Marguerite Casey Foundation is seeking an HR leader to drive all aspects of the employee life cycle for a distributed workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

The role oversees core HR operations, multi-state compliance, compensation and benefits, and HR policies in partnership with Finance and Operations, while coaching managers and leading strategic workforce planning to strengthen the employee experience.
