Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required; doctorate preferred.
• Experience teaching online at college/university level.
• Certification preferred.
• Experience with Blackboard LMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses within the qualified discipline.
• Record welcome video and transcript.
• Engage students to promote course completion.
• Conduct weekly outreach to students struggling in the course.
• Host a minimum of two live lectures on camera, each at least one hour.
• Provide timely, substantive feedback using rubric.
• Serve as course content expert for curriculum maintenance.
• Resolve academic integrity concerns and grade challenges.
• Participate in mandatory training and faculty development.
