Qualifications

• Direct borrower counseling experience in federal student loans.
• Strong knowledge of repayment strategies and forgiveness programs.
• Fluent in English and able to explain guidance clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated guidance on federal student loans to ensure accuracy and usefulness.
• Create and refine rubrics defining accurate answers on repayment, income-driven plans, forgiveness and relief programs.
• Expand rubric coverage to deferment, forbearance, default management, loan servicing operations and servicer-related challenges.
• Evaluate AI outputs for inaccuracies, missing information, or outdated guidance, and provide concise written feedback.
• Collaborate with experts to keep guidance aligned with current federal student loan practices.
