Job summary

This role emphasizes phone-first, friendly guidance across DaySmart’s SaaS solutions, with 25 hours per week and a Monday–Friday routine supplemented by weekend rotation. The position trains customers on features like email marketing, reminders, and online booking, while handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

Responsibilities
