Job summary

Bellagent, an enterprise-grade AI agent platform, is seeking a friendly Customer Support Assistant to be the first contact for our customers. You’ll answer questions, solve problems, and ensure every customer feels heard and helped, while supporting our internal team with day-to-day admin tasks.

This remote role suits someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and wants to grow in a customer-facing position.

Qualifications

• Fluent, professional English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills: stay calm, patient and positive.
• Good attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable with everyday technology and quick to learn new tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a computer, a headset with a microphone, and a quiet, private place to work.
• Available 15-20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by email, live chat, phone and video calls quickly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot basic issues, guide customers to a solution, and pass complex cases to the right team.
• Record every conversation accurately in our helpdesk/CRM (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot).
• Follow up with customers to confirm their issue is fully resolved.
• Spot questions and problems that keep coming up, and share them with the team so we can improve.
• Help managers with admin work such as scheduling, data entry and simple reports.
• Help keep help-center articles and reply templates up to date
