Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Part-Time Customer Retention Representative for PM shift on a remote basis. You will help conserve policies, educate customers on maintaining coverage, and handle inquiries about policy details and premiums.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual Spanish support offers an hourly differential and growth opportunities in a supportive, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typing speed of 30 wpm minimum.
• Experience in a call center is preferred.
• Some insurance or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding coverage, premium, and policy information.
• Compose business letters with written and verbal communication.
• Work independently and make judgments.
• Make outbound calls to collect delinquent premium payments.
• Resell the benefits of our policies and provide excellent customer service.
• Record policyholder information for reporting.
• Extensive telephone contact and telephone skills are required.
• Maintain discretion and tact when providing service.
• Production incentive pays after training period.
• Bilingual (Spanish) hourly pay differential.
