Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a part-time remote contractor with technology-transactions experience to train and evaluate AI systems used for contract review, risk identification, and legal interpretation.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and redline practical drafting exercises; evaluate AI responses; develop evaluation frameworks; and collaborate with product and research teams to improve AI training data and guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, review, redlining, and playbook skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into clear, actionable feedback for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and contract-redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves precision and performance.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
• Partner with product and research teams to refine training data, guidance, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
