Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with asset purchase agreements and stock purchase agreements.
• Experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and redlining in the technology sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
