Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of transactional legal experience, either in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, or redlining agreements, including MSAs and NDAs.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and drafting. Experience with LPAs and ISDAs is relevant.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Interest in the intersection of law and technology and the ability to collaborate across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete simulated contract negotiation and redlining exercises.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios, providing feedback that improves output quality and precision.
• Apply objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria consistently to contract-related AI tasks.
• Work with product and research teams to refine training data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
