TalentoHC is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our fast-growing consumer goods partner on a part-time W2 basis. This fully remote 3-month engagement will own full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions including brand marketing, product, finance, and operations, while supporting production and manufacturing hiring as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; consumer goods or manufacturing/facility recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Greenhouse ATS experience required.
• Ability to recruit across diverse functions - from corporate roles to production and manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Available to work 20-30hours per week with flexibility depending on business needs.
• Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
