Job summary

MCHAP seeks a part-time Chaplain in Amarillo, TX to support employees and their families through spiritual care and ministry in workplace settings.

The chaplain will visit sites weekly, provide confidential pastoral conversations, assist with funerals, and coordinate referrals to community resources.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning or attending funerals and post-loss support.
• Coordinates referrals to specialized assistance and resources.
• Represents chaplain services to employees and families.
• Supports new employee orientation about the Employee Care Service.
