• Has ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting.
• Strong listening and communication skills; ability to deliver community presentations.

Responsibilities

• Visits worksites weekly to interact with employees and build relationships of trust.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues and grief support.
• May assist in planning or attending funerals for employees or immediate family members.
• Provides post-termination care to ease transitions between jobs.
• Notifies families and employees about deaths or serious injuries and offers support.
