Qualifications

• Professional experience as a career coach, career counselor, career advisor, professional coach, or similar practitioner
• Ability to conduct natural and helpful one-on-one coaching conversations
• Experience supporting career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions
• Strong active listening, questioning, verbal communication, and interpersonal judgment
• Comfort working remotely and availability to work at least 20 hours per week; English fluency and residence in the United States
