OpenTrain AI is seeking remote Career Coaches to participate in AI training work focused on career development. You will simulate one-on-one coaching conversations, guiding professionals through planning, job searches, interviews, and transitions.

Ideal candidates bring career coaching or counseling experience, strong English proficiency, and excellent listening and communication skills. This is a part-time, remote role based in the United States, with flexible scheduling and a duration of 1–3

Qualifications

• Native English proficiency (US-based)
• Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring or professional development are preferred
• Experience leading natural, engaging one-on-one conversations
