OpenTrain AI is engaging Career Coaches to participate in a project focused on improving career and professional development resources. You will take part in realistic one-on-one coaching conversations with other professionals and demonstrate how an experienced coach listens, asks questions, adapts guidance, and supports individual goals.
This is a remote contractor and part-time role for candidates based in the United States. The expected commitment is fewer than 20 hours per week, and the project is expected to run for one to three months.
You will simulate common career coaching situations and provide practical, thoughtful guidance based on real-world coaching experience. Conversations should feel natural, professional, helpful, and representative of genuine one-on-one career coaching interactions.
You will adapt each conversation to different career goals, professional backgrounds, and individual needs while following project guidelines. Strong active listening, questioning, communication, and interpersonal skills are central to the work.
Candidates must be based in the United States and comfortable working in English. Native or bilingual English proficiency is required, along with subject-matter expertise in career coaching and professional development.
The role is suited to professionals with experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or in a similar position. Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development is preferred.
