Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in business development, proposal support, or related function.
• Working understanding of federal government, foundation, NGO or funder RFP process.

Responsibilities

• Review daily saved/automated searches for fit against capabilities and priorities.
• Distribute opportunities to client services/leadership teams in a timely manner.
• Research data on government procurement sites (Sam.gov, Grants.gov, GSA, eBuy, GovWin, etc.).
• Track and monitor procurement updates and changes.
• Ensure accurate capture and update of opportunities/bids in tracking databases.
• Manage search parameters with client services staff.
• Support the organization-wide opportunity pipeline.
