Job summary

TLNT is a US-based, people-first professional services partner offering fully remote work from Latin America. You will handle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, invoicing, payroll support, and reconciliation, starting around 20 hours per week.

The role is designed to grow into a full-time position with expanded CRM and back-office duties. Ideal candidates have hands-on QuickBooks Online experience, strong invoicing and payroll knowledge, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online and keeping accurate financial records.
• Proficient with invoicing, payroll support, and time tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and manage client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Assist with payroll processing, review timesheets and clock-ins for accuracy.
• Perform basic account reconciliation and flag discrepancies for resolution.
• Support workflows between QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and the CRM.
