Impact Leadership Network is seeking a part-time, remote Bookkeeper to support our financial advisory and client services. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, record and reconcile transactions, and maintain ledgers while assisting with month-end and year-end close.

You will use accounting software to generate reports, ensure data integrity, and help prepare financial statements. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong bookkeeping skills including ledger maintenance and day-to-day transaction recording.
• Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements for internal and external use.
• Proficiency with accounting software and related digital tools used for financial tracking and reporting.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and experience posting and reconciling journal entries.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a client-centered mindset.
• Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting; formal training or relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording and reconciling transactions.
