Job summary

National Therapy Center is seeking a part-time, remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct services and oversee BIPs in home, community, and clinic settings. The role offers flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours with a pay rate of $75-90 per hour.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs and data-driven progress monitoring, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, special education, psychology or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Licensed as required by Maryland and/or DC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs
• Supervise and train RBTs and other team members
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
• Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers
