Mosaic Consulting Group, based in Nashville, is seeking a remote Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. You will coordinate project activities across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation to ensure delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.

You will partner with experienced Project Managers, internal Consultants, and external clients while developing skills to manage increasingly complex engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals: schedules, risks, budgets, status reporting.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project activities across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation to support delivery against scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives
• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal team members and clients
• Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, decisions, and status updates
• Track project budgets, hours, milestones, and deliverables; escalate variances or concerns to PMO leadership
• Support client and internal meetings by preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and following up on assigned actions
• Ensure consistent use of Mosaic’s project management tools, processes, templates, and methodologies
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; communicate them promptly and support timely resolution
• Take ownership of smaller or lower-complexity projects as experience and proficiency grows
