Very seeks an Associate Project Manager to coordinate software, hardware, design, and data engineering efforts, keeping programs running smoothly and aligned with client goals. You’ll learn to manage timelines, scope, and communication across complex technical projects—from connected devices to custom digital platforms—while senior leaders mentor you and you take ownership early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a technical or project environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with modern AI-based tools.

Responsabilités

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple technical disciplines.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and deliverable trackers for assigned engagements.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams on status, blockers, and next steps.
• Proactively surface risks or scope changes — and communicate them early to maintain alignment.
• Participate in client and internal project meetings; capture actions and ensure follow-through.
• Learn and apply Very’s standard delivery frameworks for agile, iterative work.
• Participate in retrospectives and help identify process improvements.
