Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist for a remote role. The position supports a growing organization with 17 states client base, offering flexible hours around 20 hours per week and remote work from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years in accounting/AR, experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage past-due balances while maintaining professional client relationships.

Competenze

• 2-4+ years of hands-on accounting and AR experience, including follow-up and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero; strong Excel skills.
• Able to manage past-due accounts and maintain professional client interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and motivated to work remotely.

Mansioni

• Follow up on overdue accounts by phone and email to secure payments.
• Perform monthly AR reconciliations and match payments to balances.
• Maintain AR aging reports and track unpaid invoices with accuracy.
• Communicate with client accounting departments to resolve issues.
• Support tax tracking and remittances tied to customer accounts.
• Provide open-invoice and past-due status reports to leadership.
• Assist with invoice preparation during peak periods.
