Pirate Ship is seeking a Paralegal (First Mate of Legal Affairs) to support the General Counsel in all legal matters for a fast-paced tech company. The role emphasizes contract drafting, IP management, compliance, and corporate governance in a remote-first environment.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in technology or IP-rich environments.
• Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

• Assist General Counsel in managing all legal matters, including contracts, IP management, compliance, and governance.
• Prepare, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents; maintain organized records.
