Pirate Ship is seeking a Paralegal to join as the First Mate of Legal Affairs, supporting the General Counsel in contracts, IP, compliance and governance. This remote-first team values creativity and collaboration, offering competitive pay and strong benefits.

Eligible states include Alaska and several others, with travel for quarterly meetings. The ideal candidate will handle document management, research, and cross-functional support while maintaining governance standards and handling

Competenze

• 2–5 years of paralegal experience in tech or law firm.
• Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and legal research tools.
• Paralegal will travel internationally and domestically on quarterly business meetings.
