Codekeeper seeks a Paralegal who blends legal precision with a strong customer service mindset in a fast-paced SaaS setting. You will draft and review legal documents, respond to client inquiries, and assist with onboarding and technical setup to support client success.

You act as a bridge between customers and the company, ensuring clear communication and accurate legal language while contributing to overall service quality.

Formación

• Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.
• Analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Legal Drafting/Review: draft the legal language to fit customer requirements and prepare documents for manager review.
• Customer Service: handle inquiries about services and Codekeeper accounts, ensuring timely responses.
• Tech Setup Support: assist customers in connecting their source code management platform and ensure correct administration.
• Sales Support: engage with leads via email and website chat to explain services.
• Report Drafting: inspect provided information and draft reports for customers.
