Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Paralegal / Contract Manager to be the operational backbone of its legal team in a remote USA role. You will handle first-pass contract reviews, manage the CLM, and support day-to-day operations with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and outside counsel when needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in paralegal or contract-focused roles, strong contract fluency, and experience with CLM platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a paralegal, contract manager, or legal operations professional.
Strong ability to review and redline commercial contracts.
Experience administering a CLM platform and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Review and redline standard-form agreements using WEKA's playbooks and approved fallback language.
Respond to routine contract questions and escalate to attorneys when needed.
Prepare agreements from templates, manage version control, coordinate approvals, and drive documents through signature.
Track dates, renewals, and post-signature obligations.
Administer contract lifecycle management system, templates, approvals, and repository organization.
Build reporting and metrics on turnaround times and volumes.
Identify repetitive work and improve via automation and AI tools.
