Job summary

Latitude is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Paralegal for a fully remote, full-time contract role. You will review customer contracts using AI tools and a contracts playbook, apply standard positions, and deliver redlined drafts with a concise summary to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience with MSAs, NDAs, order forms, SaaS agreements, and strong collaboration across departments. Previous exposure to Harvey or similar legal AI platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in contract administration, contracts management, or as a contracts paralegal.
• Experience with legaltech such as contract lifecycle management platforms, e-signature tools, and contract repositories.
• Proficiency with general office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, routing, and tracking of contract requests in workflow under senior attorney.
• Review incoming customer contracts using AI license and playbook.
• Redline to match preferred positions and fallback language.
• Send marked-up drafts and a short summary to internal stakeholder.
