Job summary

LegalShield is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support content review and contract review across the Legal Department. You will interpret complex legal concepts and translate them into practical business guidance to minimize risk and support strategic objectives.

The role focuses on evaluating marketing and public-facing content for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand alignment, while drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of content review experience in legal/compliance or corporate environments.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation; managing complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and external content for legal and regulatory compliance across marketing, communications, and customer materials.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various commercial agreements (vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, licensing, partnerships).
• Maintain organized contract records and monitor renewal deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, and Operations to provide practical legal guidance; work with external counsel as needed.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory changes and assist with policy drafting and templates.
