Job summary

LegalShield is seeking a seasoned Paralegal to support the Legal Department in content and contract reviews. You will evaluate marketing and customer-facing materials for compliance and collaborate on drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements.

You will partner with internal teams and external counsel to mitigate risk, maintain contract records, and improve processes. A strong writing ability and experience in governance and regulatory requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent training strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of content review experience in legal/compliance.
• Minimum of 7 years in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent legal writing, editing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing, communications, and customer-facing content for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate vendor/service agreements and NDAs.
• Maintain organized contract records and monitor renewal deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, and Operations to provide practical legal guidance.
• Conduct legal research and assist with policy development and templates.
