Job summary

Crabtree Law Firm is seeking a Paralegal to support our litigation team. This role is remote, but candidates must live in the Greater Phoenix Area. You will assist attorneys with case prep, manage deadlines, draft pleadings, and coordinate with experts in a fast-paced construction defect practice.

You'll work closely with experienced attorneys, maintain organized case files, and leverage Clio and other firm systems to keep matters moving efficiently in a collaborative, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Civil litigation experience required; construction defect and/or insurance defense preferred.
• Experience with Clio or similar legal practice management software.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting the team.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with case preparation, document management, and deadline tracking.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents under attorney direction.
• Maintain homeowner matrices and organize case files (training provided).
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and other case-related professionals.
• Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate case updates with attorneys.
• Utilize Clio and other firm systems to keep matters organized and moving efficiently.
