We seek a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation in a fully remote, full-time role. Responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery, and maintaining case files with strict deadline tracking.

Qualifications

• Draft and format standard litigation documents.
• Review, summarize, and organize case records and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, motions, disclosures, witness lists, and exhibit lists.
• Experience in First Party Property Damage or Construction Defect preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida court rules and e-filing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in homeowners/property and construction defect litigation.
• Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions.
• Maintain case files and draft discovery responses.
• Review documents, track deadlines, and communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Manage calendars and ensure filings comply with court rules and procedures.
