Job summary

Jobot is seeking a fully remote Litigation Paralegal with experience in construction defect and/or personal injury to support attorneys through all stages of litigation. The role is remote and California-based, with collaboration across active matters and a strong emphasis on independence.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, coordinate with attorneys, and assist with trial preparation while ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a litigation paralegal with construction defect and/or personal injury matters.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with drafting pleadings, discovery, and coordinating e-filing, preferably in California.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and respond to discovery, including document production.
• Prepare deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries.
• Assist with trial prep, including exhibit binders and witness coordination.
• Perform e-filing in California courts and track deadlines.
