Stealth Law Firm, a well-established California litigation firm, is seeking a Construction Defect Attorney for a fully remote role across the United States. You will handle sophisticated construction-related disputes with autonomy, from inception to resolution.

The position requires 3+ years in construction defect or related litigation, strong research and writing skills, and experience taking and defending depositions. You will collaborate with a seasoned team on complex matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Construction Defect, Insurance Defense, General Liability, Premises Liability, Real Estate Litigation, or Complex Civil Litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction defect litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Work closely with clients, experts, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.
• Analyze liability, damages, insurance coverage, and risk exposure.
• Develop litigation strategy and negotiate favorable resolutions.
• Handle matters involving residential, commercial, and multi-party construction disputes.
