CyberCoders is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney (remote within CA) with expertise in construction defect cases to join our legal team. The candidate will represent clients through all litigation stages and provide strategic guidance in construction-related disputes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Barred in CA.
• 3+ years in civil litigation, prefer construction defect or personal injury defense.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases from inception through trial.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation of all case activities and communications.
• Negotiate settlements with clients and opposing counsel to resolve disputes.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, presenting cases to judges and juries.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and trends in construction defect litigation.
