Job summary

WR Immigration in Denver is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support the NIV team. This role involves drafting and organizing visa documents, communicating with clients, and coordinating with attorneys to prepare cases for non-immigrant and immigrant visas.

Remote candidates will be considered, with preference for those able to work on Mountain Time Zone hours. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of business immigration experience are required; salary range is $65,000–$85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Expanding on understanding of US Immigration Law using firm resources.
• Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager.
• Communicating with clients regarding visa instructions and notices alongside attorneys.
• Assisting teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes.
• Processing government correspondence and entering data into internal systems.
• Working on additional projects as directed by leadership.
